Matterport Digital Twins

Digital twin is a digital copy of a real-world place or an object using 3D design. Artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies enable the creation of digital twins, which are dimensionally accurate 3D digital models which can be used to visualize changes in their physical counterparts.

3D Model

The process of representing any surface of an object in 3D via specialized software in a simulated 3D space. We convert the property in a 3d model by scanning through our LiDAR cameras.

Mattertags

A virtual tag can be placed inside any 3D Matterport Virtual Tour to help express more information and provide context to certain locations, objects, or characteristics.

3D Floorplan view

Dollhouse View is a unique approach to exhibiting a property that uses many pictures and renderings of a home, including all of the rooms, to create a third-person overview of the home.

2D Floorplan view

Floor plans are drawings drawn to scale that depict the interaction between rooms, spaces, and physical features as seen from above.

Inside View

Inside views depict the interaction between rooms, spaces, and physical features inside a property. It allows you to envision how people will move throughout the room.

Measurement Tool

Perpendicular distance between two straight edges, the linear distance between two points, the radius of circular edges, and angle between two edges are all supported by the 3D Measurement Tool.
